Automatic nondestructive bead to bead shearography machine to detect tread and sidewall separation on truck tyres. The principle of measurement is based by comparison between a first interference image of the tyre surface and a second interference image of the deformed state at decreased pressure. The difference of these two conditions is processed and then displayed on the video screen.
The minimum total inspection time “floor to floor” is:
- “Shoulder to shoulder” analysis in 8 sectors - 200 sec.
- “Bead to bead” analysis in 8 sectors – 580 sec.
The “ITT CUBO 2500” has an automatic tyre loading/ unloading system on the front side equipped with a tilting side for tyre loading and unloading from/to the floor.
