Omega Twin 90-120

Fully automatic Building machine designed to apply tread on the buffed casings with the strip-winding method made by 1 cold feed extruder that according to the productivity required can be either 90 mm or 120 mm diameter, and a rotating turret with two expandable chucks, so that while on one chuck the tread is being applied, the other chuck is used for loading/unloading o the casing, thus optimising the cycle time.

Version for truck tyres equipped with chuck unit for tyre sizes 15”-25”, with hydraulic opening.
