Automatic sidewall building machine made of following features:
- Cold feed Vertical Extruder diameter 35 mm, with automatic feeding;
- Chuck unit for expandable chucks with hydraulic opening;
- 3 controlled axis;
- N.1 Temperature control unit;
- N.1 circumference measuring laser and sidewall profile scan laser;
- N.1 pressure transducer on the extruder head.
The machine is fully automatic, after scanning the profile of the sidewall it will define the application according to the parameters set.
The machine can also be equipped with the new patented Rubber Dust Applier, which will apply automatically the rubber powder above the sidewall strip, thus reducing the cycle time since normally the rubber powder is applied manually after the building process.
